Is this something that's happened recently? It's been down hill since the Hollywood Knights version. And that version was probably a little to slick for me. I liked it when they were using it as a test mule.
    Off to work on SOMETHING.

Are you talking about the yellow 57 project X? I thought it went through an amazingly high end build by GM?
Hate to hear they botched up such a cool car (especially with unlimited funds and resources).

Maybe you guys haven't been around long enough, but Pop Rod's "Project X" has been back and fourth so many times and had so many different looks I've lost count. You can't do anything to a car that can't be undone, or changed back.
Other than that, its a '57 chevy for christsake, haven't you seen enough of them?

Its just another billet tri-five chevy the only reason any would look at it is because it has somewhat of a history if there was no history the car would **** bricks worse than it already does.

i grew up with project x, its a shame to screw up that car,its history just like a old Barris custom,or a old 32 hot rod found in a barn.
now its just a nuther car I would walk by at a show...

True, but that can be said for just about any make or model car. I guess Project X would be the poster child for Ryan's "Egoless Rod" thread. Damn, I loved the car in Hollywood Knights, but as stated, even then it was kinda overly done.
