Heres a couple of pics of my 34 Plymouth I was building. Ran out of time, bought a runner and started cruising. End of story.
Dear Nimrod, "This is my tiny little crooked termite eaten shop." Is this the same "tiny little crooked termite eaten shop" that our Fearless Leader, Ryan, featured on the Garage Journal? Or was it on the Jalopy Journal? Or was it the barn that he featured? My over-40 memory strikes me stupid at times like this. That same shop that we all fell in love with and became intensely jealous of you because we all wanted to be able to work in such a traditional environment. Neat car, bike and shop. My cookie-cutter house with integral three-car garage pales in comparison.
Here is mine, well I guess I should say, Here WAS mine while under construction. Before it was stolen. Still a roadster p/u though. The positive is that I am building another one now.
I have a few, but I want to go on record for the fact that I'm tired of RPU's. Seems like the next big trend for being "Kool". It's getting overdone, and they're all starting to look the same. (except the traditional ones with paint)
Hey Neal -- Damn, your photo didn't come up in the post! I haven't seen it in awhile. Can you post it again? Here's mine. The build is moving right along at glacier speed:
Here's mine, although I'm prepping a 31 cab to replace this body, which I plan on redoing over the winter as a modified type rod.
Here's a couple I like. I'm building one that will look a lot like the primered one here (especially, the stance) - except I'm using an International body, a '30 Chevy radiator shell, and planning on a torsion-suspended front end. Full Moons though, for sure.
