Ok I've got a few questions about my frame. Its 51 studebaker that has 78 nova subframe( I put it in the car in 93 when I was 15). Well I'm going to cut it out and build new front clip from2x3 rec tubing. I've measured from the cut point on the studebaker frame(middle of the doors) to the core support. I've also figured the amount the frame will need to be z'ed for the car to sit correctly. I've measured the inside width of the frame and also got my new track width(pulling the wheels inside 2 inches per side and moving them forward 2). The car is getting a tube axel front end with parralel springs, I was never completly happy with looks of the car with nova subframe the track width was about 2 inches to wide. Am I going about this correctly? And yes its going to be g***er style but not a faux g***er, I think the 331 hemi with mechanical injection and 4 speed will speak for itself! No pictures since my camera ****ped out on me! Thanks for any insight, Worm
