Technical Rad hoses for later FH in an earlier car

Apparently Gates and possibly NAPA make rad hoses for putting newer flatheads in earlier cars. ie I have a 36 coupe with a 39 engine and nobody that I can find makes replacement hoses for this , because the rad hose bungs on the stock rad are under the tanks and point pretty much straight down ( originally went to the water pumps) and they need to go to the middle of the heads. Anyone know the stock number, or an idea? Thanks!
