Doing a little research on these tachs, but haven't come across one quite like this. Anyone have a clue about it's time frame?

It's neat...I'd guess mid 60s...1964 to 1967 or so...never seen that style before either...

Radatron was a manufacturer in North Tonawanda, New York who came out with Radar Detectors in 1961 called Radar Sentry. In 1969 two of the guys who worked there bought Glar-Ban which made anti glare instruments for airplanes. At the same time they started Mark IV homes and made Mobile Homes. In 1970 they bought out Radartron, where they had both worked and originally met. They were also making Car Alarms and gauges for cars, and eventually CDI boxes, timing lights and other products. In the early 70's the mobile home business was losing money and by 1976 they merged the companies under Mark IV Industries and were out of the mobile home business. Mark IV became a big company of engineered systems and components for power transmission, fluid transfer, and filtration. Along with other products sold under Mark IV Industrial and Mark IV Automotive. In 1994 they bought Purolator Filters from Pennzoil who had bought it from Facet. At that point they also owned Dayco. Purolator is now owned by Mann Filters. In 2000 Mark IV were bought out by BC partners and in 2009 they were in major bankruptcy after apparently being sold to Sun Capital, but did come out of it.

There's much more tho the story, but to answer the question that tach is most likely from the late 60's early 70's time frame for them. ;)
