Radiator Cap Hood Orniment.

Can anyone tell me what this Radiat or Cap Hood Orniment came off of?
It is on my '25 Ford Roadster/Lakester. The car came out of Illinois.

 

Viking ? = Kin to Pontiac -Oakland , Viking had a flathead V8 with upside down intake and updraft carb

This is all new to me as most things are......but that badge is a signature of profession or otherwise on the cap itself as witnessed by the above...I did see that woman and double snake on the Medical Motometer cap as well...as we know Doctors were up on the wage scale and no doubt traveled in style vehicle wise...

I wonder if the OP has the hole I'm top for that meter...there is every chance the winged part may be like the Badge Aftermarket per say...
