Radius rod question

does anyone know when ford changed from the short style front radius rods (like off a model A) to the longer style with hangers in the front? Here is a photo of what i've got but the front hangars have been cut off already. Thanks for the help!

 

1935 and later fords have the spring in front of the front axle. there are several varieties and lengths. IIRC i think 35-36 car & truck, 37-40 ford car & truck (truck thru 41), 39-40 merc, 41 ford car, 41 merc 42-48 merc, 42-48 ford car. lincoln zephyr is very long and may be longer than the 42-48 merc
