Event Coverage Rally in the Valley

Here is our line up at this time for bands:

9-11am Mathias Smith (local solo artist)

11a-1p One Night Standards (QCA Surf Death Rock)

1-4 Three Blue Teardrops (Chicago Rockabilly)

4-7 Slick Trigger (Sauk Valley Country covers)

7-10 Magnetos (Cedar Rapids Rockabilly)

10–1 Tripping Molly (Dixon Modern Rock)

Car Show starts at 8 general public judging. 1 vote per wristband. Club choice award, and longest traveled. Hand made trophies.
Car show awards are quick at 3pm.

Swap Meet 8 am vendor set up at 6.

Burn out contest at 1pm.

The Pin Up contest is set for intermission of Slick Trigger.

Wack-a-Car fundraiser (yep you take a sledge hammer to a car for $1)

All for $5 at gate entry. Do one thing or everything it’s $5. Cheapest fun available. 16hr of live music $5. Buy a sandwich wack a car help us raise a few more bucks.

We are doing this all to raise money to begin our philanthropy. It is our goal at Sauk Valley Shifters to provide scholarships to non-college track local youths for vocational training in fabrication or automotive fields. We do this with the goal they will to be able to establish a presents in our community and live a sustainable life working locally and contributing to the community at large.

I’m sure I have left things out but it’s a general MANS CIRCUS, FAMILY FRIENDLY DEBAUCHERY, FUN FOR EVERYONE, (minors may leave by dark with parent permission)

...what a show!...what a price!,...I'm bummed that I can't make it this year due to the Iron Invasion being that weekend,...I heard you are changing the date next year to one week earlier,...
that sounds good. Good luck with your event, someone please post pics after.

 

Rusty if you leave after awards you could make it here just as the Magnetos get rolling. Go till 1am with us!
