1952-59 Ford Ram horn exhaust question

    Will the ram's horn exhaust manifolds, from the y-block truck engines or aftermarket either, work on a '55 or '56 SW? Manual or auto.

    wish they could...the station wagons have the same frame setup like a p***enger car, and unfortunately, because of the way that the frame/motor mount/engine attachment works together, you have too much in the way to even bolt them on, much less get that exhaust down pipe to fit. Will not work. sorry.

    Well then! I knew it didn't look possible, but I thought I'd seek wiser counsel. What are some options, or are there any?
     
  4. Joe , you either need to sit down and build a set of headers ( I did a real simple set for Michelle's wagon) or hunt out a pair of thunderbird manifolds . Rod .

    Or contact Red's Headers they do fit well.
