History Ran into a Kurtis & Envinrude Motor Bicycle

Ran into a few unique items a Evinrude Motor Bicycle while making a stop in Laughlin, NV yesterday

Read years ago about an early Evinrude bicycle with some kind of funky frame (maybe early f/s?) that was so bad about breaking,that it was pulled off of the market,so,of course,it's rare as hell and worth serious $$$$$..Anybody know?
