Projects Ranchero sub frame connector

    The shifter position might not be an issue.

    I haven't had an S10 T5 in my '60 in a long time, but I remember the shifter being way far ahead of the seat.

    The physical structure of the tail housing will need to be accommodated by some work on the tunnel. The "box" where the shifter goes will need to come up and through.

    Yes, but unless he buys the subframe connectors that form fit to the floors it wont be an issue. The round tube, or box tube both clear the floors and should not be tough to fit to a Falcon or Ranchero.

    I do remember in a previous post it was mentioned some tunnel and trans case work would be necessary. My first order of business is to get the old front suspension off and get everything cleaned up before the rebuild begins.
