Great shots and you are so right about getting good shots. Plus, trying to get just the right angle to show off the car and at the same time not get the sun's reflection blasting out from the chrome or paint can be a challenge. These are great though.

Quick question though; how did you create the clickable thumbs?

  2. He LIVES...my little photo monster LIVES. Great shots that give those of us who can't get around the look and feel of the whole event.

I loved this truck. Guy had his dog ridin shotgun and the dog would bark like crazy when he was ready to launch. Wearing a cowboy hat, live animals sticker on the topper, red rag hanging out of the gas tank.:D

All of that and a train horn in a truck that would hang the hoops and proably go into the tens. My kids thought that was the best car there!
Not traditional but so much fun to watch!!

poverty thanks for the photos, it's nice seeing some people and cars from Omaha!
is there another D'Agostino? that didn't look like the one I met. (with George)
I saw photos from another guy elsewhere and i was surprised to see so much BILLET and modern street rods and (C)ustoms. I didn't make it this year, but I saw a LOT of that crap in this year's coverage which disappoints me.
still....I appreciate the coverage and thanks to everyone for sharing!

That man has got to know more about chopping and lead than anyone else alive.

Everywhere I go I think "WWRVD?" In other words, what would Rich Venza do? By gosh, he would carry his heavy camera and record this stuff, that's what he would do! Just carrying on the tradition..........

Paul, nice job on the pic's and story. Missed you at the chicken dinner, I think there was around 30 of us. It was a great time and a really fun weekend.
I do have to agree with you, that it seems this show is being overun with hambr's. The meet and greet had a huge attendance and it was great to see so many hamb folks be there to represent. Gary
