Thanks for all the pics everyone posted!

If anyone have more photos of the Bill Hines' chop, I'd be happy to see them too.

Great pictures. I will try to post some of mine later. It was my wife and I's first time at this show and it was awesome! We will be back again and hopefully bring a car next year.

My first time also. My wife and I both agreed that it was the best show we have ever attended. Certainly motivating me to get that Model A done in time for next year.

Wife's favorite: The drags. She plans to race whatever we bring next year.

My favorite: The chop. How many masters can work on one car at the same time? Young and old...all worked in harmony together.

  15. #### Don't have a video but the pics prove that Plowboy will flogg the Punk !! Seems he made one run and the throttle gagged !! I think it's cause he had Both Feet On The Gas !! Any how a few quick repairs and he was back in action. Something about one little thottle cable running EIGHT CARBS >>>>.

Well, I don't have a lot of pics so I might as well add them on here...

Mark Moriarity with his shoes on driving his Chevy on one of our dinner excursions. I think I am rubbing off on him. Before he would only drive it in his socks so he wouldn't scratch the chrome on the pedals. I was afraid to even SIT in it!

A HAMBer showing us how it should be done at 4 am in the host hotel parking lot. I think he was just warming up, if he keeps up the good work, he should be ready for the HAMB drags in a month.

If you didn't go to the model car tent you missed out on some REALLY cool stuff. This fella Danny made all of these models from Copper and Brass from scratch, really unbelievable! He only makes about one a year and has upwards of 300 hours in each of them. That is one of his motors in Johnny Sparkle's hand. There was over 80 parts to it. There were also a bunch of cool custom plastic models in there. A lot of people don't know, but there was a $500 prize for the best kustom model. Maybe next year some more people will enter and go for the money!

Yeah, I ran the punk a couple of times and the throttle kept slipping on the shaft so I gave it up.....

so that was YOU in that fast little hotrod. I was bummed that the Willys was a leaker. I had YOU, the 72 Chevy truck, the 52(?) Chevy truck and the Willys truck picked out as the ones to beat. I had the confidence to get it done, but the Willys coupe was a leaker. Damned Cornfed Elephant stepped on my foot too!

31av8, what a cool picture of the combo work on the chop peeking thru the side window, Zowie!! Master Hines is my ultimate metal artist of all time. I loved the new new artists with the vets, incredible experience for all to enjoy. Monsterflake, he was just resting his eyes for a moment!! Thanx!! ~Sololobo~

Thanks Sololobo. I was cursing the old Fuji 3800 all day, but managed to get a few decent shots. The "shutter" is too slow and the apeture too small for a dark, shady park. Time for a SLR.

    Meanwhile, here are two more:
