Knocked the dreaded white fur off this pair , that I showed in my prior post. WD40 does a lot for them : D54FA423-A058-4CF9-8ADD-603A968FE683.jpeg 7B050371-11BD-45AC-BE0D-6F18D8CF67A2.jpeg

Before I claim these are rare, I don’t know that. I would just like to know what “model” they are. They are a keystone wheel, cast in the back, no other info. 15x7, unilug ford and Chevy car. Would just like to know any info on them I could find. I got them today for cheap and luckily had some junker wheels with caps on them in my yard.

I believe those are Rogue wheels. I don't know if you know...but Keystones were never slotted for two different lug patterns....thats a later mod.

Nope, had no idea. Thanks for the info, I looked up the Rogue, appears to be the same though most of the ones are polished or chromed and well these are not

I'm not sure if Keystone made all aluminum 1 piece Rogues and the two piece chrome ones at the same time. You never see the all aluminum ones like you have..they were likely more expensive than the two piece wheels. They may have started with the all aluminum style, then switched to the 2 piece later. The slot job on the lug area looks nicely done btw...I wouldn't hesitate to use them. Most Western brand mags were slotted exactly like that from the factory. My favorite mag is the ET...because it is specifically uni lug. Here are mine for my boogie van project.

Those Rogues were polished originally....it's just years of all weather road use(especially if they got anywhere in a location that used salt for ice control) has dulled the finish. They could be finish sanded to remove the corroded top layer and buffed back to a shine.

Every used aluminum slot mag or Torque Thrust style wheel with a polished rim edge here in Michigan looks just like the condition your Rogues are in if they weren't pulled off every winter and stored away.

Scotchbrite usually won't do it, doesn't cut deep enough and when buffed they will still have a foggy look, they typically need to be sanded in a couple different grit steps, then hard sisal wheel buff with rouge, then soft cotton buff with fine rouge or cornstarch..
I've done half a dozen sets of slot mags restored that way, you can make them shine good enough to see your reflection in them if you work at it.

  9. A man with the same love as mine, I still have my first set of ET 5 spoke I bought back in the early 70's.

Man, I have multiple sets of ET wheels to fit all my cars. Have 15x10...15x8.5...15x7..even 15x6 sizes. All with the same need for that genius washer. One for GM 4 3/4" the other for 4 1/2" and flipped for 5" patterns. Whenever I see them..I pick them up. Some guys don't like "unilug" wheels....good! More ETs for me and my man in South Dakota....lol.

  11. For guys needing flitz to polish wheels or other items enter code 3132 at check out to receive 20 percent off the entire order. The sealant sprayed on after polishing really helps keep the shine longer.

Thanks for the information, I really appreciate it. I will run them on an OT (by a few years) car I am kind of tossing together for a fun easy lowrider. Just had to order the washers and shanked nuts. I had a full set of E-T centers on some junk wheels I kept for years that will work just fine for what I am doing. Thanks again

I sort of figured they were polished at some point. I’m in Alberta, Canada so they likely did see years of road abuse.
I will clean them up a bit to run on the car for sure. Thanks for the information!

These wheels were on a “survivor” 56 F100 I own, tires wouldn’t hold air so they got taken off and been yard art since. The caps donated themselves to the rogues I just got. I know they aren’t correct, but they cover the hub and that’s good enough for what I am doing with the car. Thanks again!

    Those are Nice!
I had a set of these on my first car over 43 years ago- 15x7’s all around-Loved ‘Em and wished I never sold them with the car. Last I checked ET was not reproducing the beautiful oval centre caps...too bad

Pretty late answer... I think you have something that was used in the farming business, I live in Sweden and this kind of rims show up noe and then.

I love those. My dad had those on his 64 corvair spyder. I have been looking for those for years
Just found out what they were. They would complete my 61 corvair.

Just picked these up last weekend. They are 16"x10". I can't find any markings on them. Anyone have any idea who made them? thumbnail (1).jpg thumbnail.jpg

  24. Halibrand, probably has had any markings polished off in the past

  25. Not all HAl’s had cast in identification. They do appear to be magnesium. My guess is they might be American Racing. I think they were called”standards”
