Great project and so glad you're saving it!

 

Steering wheel is from a boat. Most likely Attwood. Mid 50 to early 60's cut down. Using boat wheels and gauges were a common customizing and hot rodding thing back then. Even some engine parts such as carb flame arresters found there way on land. I still do it.
Love to see the originals brought back. Great work.

Here's some pics from today , getting back on it and drop the motor and trans in today, waiting on bearings for the banjo rear and have arch sand the brake shoes to fit the new drums and it should be back on 4 wheel next week
