I was on here awhile back, I was really scared by the comments you made towards me. I now have a new attitude. I still do not have pix of my car. I will shortly. I made a reference to restoring my car, a 55 chevy, that was obviously a bad choice of words. I am trying to get my car running, Its almost there, and still primered after 20 years.

Jp55, one of the first cars I really built was a 57 chebby I had to restore it, well I drove it for about 2 months after a comlplete frame off and hated it. I drove it home one day and completely took it apart again and just built it the way I felt inside 60's hot rod style painted wheels moon disk, ( no pro street} Black with old style flames (by Pat Barnhart) nos, 4 speed , too much more to list and made the cover of popular hot rodding april 84 one of the only fold out cover aditions. So I said all that to say really think about restoring it. WELCOME [IMG]

wow thats a cool tudor. the 55 has been in may family for years. it recently became mine. somethings on it i would change but its mostly a 60's style hot rod. when i was a kid it had a 283 and a 4 speed with american mags. now it has a 350/400 combo that i havent been able to get running yet becaues of some wiring and money issues. somethings are inevitable when it come to these old cars. somethings will have to be new, there are parts out there but its not like it was 20 years ago. i remember going to turlock and pleasanton swapmeets when they had so much stuff you couldnt walk through it in a day. well anyways thanks
