Well, I have been told to chop my 33 5W but I'm not going to, just because so many already are and I'd like to save it (at least until I decide (unlikely) to do it someday or someone else wants to). I was going to tell you to not chop it, but by the time I finished reading this thread I obviously found out that you already had.

I can tell your excited about it, you did not even take the time to finish your sandwich before the picture!

    Nice car though!

I thought about it for awhile and the car just didn't have that streamline look I was looking for. I'm glad I did it.

Man, as much as I like unchopped cars, I'd have to agree. Few Fords look more menacing than a nicely chopped '34. Good luck.

I've got some pics of it being chopped...but I have to get my wife to download them from the camera as I'm techno challenged with such things.

The 1934 HILL JACK HOT ROD ran on't own power today for the first time in over 40 yrs. It's at the exhaust shop now and then I'm hoping to get my radiator and fuel tanks back so i can start buttoning it up.

Just an update. The windshield is in, gas tank mounted, and ready for it's debut at the Jalopy Showdown. Clay had the ol' gal sitting in my driveway yesterday and she sure looked fine! Damn fine!!!!!! You don't need Viagra when you're driving this car. DefianceB should go to the hospital as his chub has lasted more than 4 hours. :p
