I love that car. Fill the back up with tools, put a hitch on it and tow my liner to Bonneville in style! just kidding.

I wonder if this is the same Tom Sanders my dad grew up with in Patterson. Did tom have a '58 Corvette he and his dad repaired, along with a '58 Volvo daily driver???

This article is so rad I had to read the whole thing again. So much documentation its un-believeable. Not many real deals like this around any more. I love the old school stuff!

    That thing is cool!

Great to see that he held on to it all these years & is enjoying it again.

And I agree with an earlier poster, that thing is TRJ material.

Cool to see that it hasn't been "updated". Hopefully it stays in the family and they keep it just like it is.
    Perfect time machine.

  21. This was the first show it was at since 1966. The guy drove to this show because he lives about 20 miles away.

Wow! .............I love everything about this car. The best part is that you don't see these around to often because of the low production numbers on them "3152" I believe was the amount of these made.

Man, what a car! Love the detailed Y-block and the righteous F/R customizing. I sure hope it's at the GNRS, as I'd like to get an eyeful of it. Thanks for the pics!
