Technical Rear end width

I tried the search feature... No go.. I need the overall width of a 1948 Chevrolet passenger car rear end. I have found links to many charts, however, none of them list what I am looking for.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

lists a 48 Chevy as 58"-60" That's not much help. The '55-64 rear in my car is 59.5"

rear wheel tread width is 60"

wheel offset from the parts book is 1/2"

so the overall width of the rearend is probably 61" which sounds about right.
