Working on a 32 Ford Roadster w/302 that a friend just bought. Nice enough car but it handles strangly. Don't know what the frame is except that it's boxed front and rear w/open C channel in the center. Not much of a cross member under the C4 automatic. The 8" Ford rear axle is located with hairpins that are attached to the housing via 2 clevis and run up to the frame and attach via rod end at a block welded in the C channel. It has a panhard bar. Under acceleration the car pulls noticably to the left and lifting off the gas causes the car to dart to the right. I am trying to figure out if this is a result of the rear axle mounting or something in the center section/diff. Any ideas?/

Seems as if something is broken, further inspection is required. Pictures if you can
