Technical Rebuild a small block Chevy Video

First thin i noticed was they didn't use a torque plate to bore the cylinders.

I don't get it! I don't know why it wont post the SBC video.

 

I think I would have at least power washed the motor prior to teardown. The link took me to a hemi rebuild page, with the small block chevy a link below it.

 

Yeah, that block was pretty crudy. If anybody can post the correct link to the SBC rebuild please do.

 

Takes a minute and a half less to build an SBC than a Hemi.
