Congratulations Brian! Another Grandbaby is better than any trophy or championship in the world!

  3. The chassis is back home. I was lucky that there were no weather incidents that got in the way. This is actually a big deal. Without the chassis getting done I can't put the drive train back in. That would slow things down if I had to wait until spring to move the car. I just received a notice that the pistons will show up Friday. I will be able to put together a fresh rack. I'm just waiting on the crank to return and the new rings to ship. With the engine out I can do a good scrub on the frame while I wait.

It never gets old. The new pistons arrived just like they said. Ordered a racer set of ten. The old ones were still good. They get put in the trailer as spares. It never hurts to have spares.

  5. New rods. New pistons. New compression rings when they get here. Guy*****. PXL_20251115_192109964.jpg
