Swap meets aren't dead, contrary to recent reports! 15 inch wheels are getting scarce, vintage caps seem to be drying up as well.
Carlisle today yielded a few, the Rocket brand pair should clean up nicely. Three of the better ones are 4 ear style but I couldn't pass 'em up.

20250424_163755.jpg Then the Moriarity level score. New in the box, a pair of Ansen caps. With Ansen baggies, instructions, mounting screws and a water slide decal. Sometimes the little guy wins.
*edit - ''torque'' is spelled wrong!

The Ansen caps are bitchin', and 4 lug bolt-on center caps have to be super rare, don't know that I ever saw any before.

  6. 4 ear/lug i can only think of early Mustang/Falcon as far as U.S. cars go. Datsun 240Z. Classic '60s '70's Euro cars would be Opel GT/Manta , BMW 1802/2002 , Fiat sportscars,

One of my SIL’s is cleaning out his late uncle’s house . He tossed an old mattress in the dumpster . I thought the cloth covering it was cool so I cut it off . IMG_1616.jpeg IMG_1618.jpeg

Awesome atomic pattern, that'd make a great pair of curtains with a liner on the back. I would have grabbed that, too. I field-dressed a couch on the curb once for some red leather and foam, but it wasn't nearly as good as that.

  9. NOS offy linkage for the dual intake I bought recently.

  11. Was $100 ok?
    He had 4 more sets

$20 for the offy linkage was a steal even missing a couple small pieces

with all the uncertainty around the currently produced lifters 100 is probably a bargain

1948 Waterman S-11-A "PocketScope". You'd need mighty big pockets, but compared to contemporary designs it's tiny. 3" display, timebase to about 50kHz so good for relative measurements in the ham shack and b&w tv.

    Neat little oscilloscope though.
