I can't imagine that axle has any value after the torque tube has been torched off and sitting open in the elements though
2 in the box 2 display. Have dust and dirt on em. Should clean up ok 15x6 reverse smoothies. 6 lug. Should look ok on my gmc
Timing gear. PN came up as Chevy 6 guy that had it thought it was for a flathead. Told him I got both so I’m good either way.
This week's haul. The oil display cart was new in its 25 year old disintegrating box. Raders are 5 1/2" x 5 pattern. The first one cleaned up some.
The wheels were sitting by the road with a for sale sign. Left a note, when I went back, the widow let me look through the garage. She's having a sale starting tomorrow, lots of Mopar stuff. The Holley is an 1850, the bowl vent isn't what I'm used to seeing.
I picked up this flip top screw jack today. Some random numbers on it, but no obvious makers mark. The internet says that it is likely from the thirties. After some fiddling I figured it out, working great.
Jack looks a lot like the one from my 38 Cadillac,ill check it to see if its the same.Quite rare if its early GM.
Mom found this while going through stuff . I thought it had been tossed when the Folks moved into their new house 35 years ago. She gave it to me . It has Dad’s parts list to build a Hot Rod . I need to ask Him about it . The only hot rod I know he built was his grandfather’s 35 Chevy coupe
Todays jack says Walker Racine USA, with a patent date of 1924, after 100 years, the handle is still with it. It also works great. Things happen in threes, so I can only guess what is coming next…
