Jim ,Consider this constructive criticism To me the front looks good.Im not feeling the rear( no pun intended) ,Its like theres to MUCH going on.
Funny how we people are...I really like what is going on at the back end. I`m sure there will be more changes before you are done ! Keep it up !
welded one of the fins solid.....since i don't have an english wheel, i began creating one of the rear corners from compound curves i have cut from donor cars...it's always worked for me before,,,sort of like assembling a big jigsaw puzzle,,,,,it still needs a lot more work, but the basic shape is established....
onward.............decided to extent the fins a little,,,added about 2 1/2 feet..they now taper into the door....in the final pic, i did a photoshopped mirror image to see where i was at... View attachment 3121135 View attachment 3121137 View attachment 3121138
The back of the car is going to be just fine when you're done. I do like the bumperette/Pontiac valance, maybe a grille between the lites.
I like the new fin length, but will you be able to open the doors? Will they get a door gap cut into them, or?
