I think it would look great. I have always liked that paint scheme that was an IH option as seen here in this 1960 ad. If I was going for a repaint I'd try it.

So Red seems to be the winner. They were red when I got the truck with white caps and white letters. I hated it. I painted the spare black and flipped the white letters and changed the caps what a difference. I also have some grey center torque thrusts on order but want to keep steels. I need to get it down a few inches and recover the seat then it's done.

 

Live on the edge!! paint the outer rim red, paint the center black, keep the cap.

 

Definitely without a doubt ... Those wheels need to be RED. Then paint the logo red as well.

 

Since you're asking for opinions:

Red by far and add repop dog dish caps and narrow ribbed beauty rings. Nice truck!

 

This thread is "red", Man. I had some older wide whites, and red rims on my truck in the avatar and some square Johns on another forum told me they were ugly. It doesn't suit all vehicles, but sure adds life to a lot of them......
