When you find yourself in danger,
when you're threatened by a stranger,
when it looks like you'll a take a lickin...

I had the wheelie and the chopper bunch book before i ever saw the cartoon...i really feel that this book is why i got into cars and bikes at such an early age...my first copy was long gone, I walked into my shop a few months back and my lovely g.f. had found a copy on amazon and put it on my bench as a suprise!!

I guess I'll be the first to mention Krass and Bernie, or if you go way back, Unk and them Varmints.

I always thought it was funny that "Peter Perfect's'' car looked like a huge dong.

  10. "Wonderwheels" was the one where a nerdy guy on a beat up moped turns into a heroic savior on his mighty iron horse/chopper.

Ah yes, Penelope Pitstop. Femininity defined in the graces of a Southern belle. Triple the hotness when you factor in shes a car chick. Woo hoo !!!! That damn Hooded Claw was a mood killer though - not so much his actions as the queer Paul Lind type voice.

Anyone recall the Flintstones spinoff featuring teenaged Bambam and Pebbles? I swear the theme song mentions drag racing with Bambam hot footin' it off the line in the opening sequence.

Can anyone find a picture of Hong Kong Fooey's car?

Sorry guys I just got a flood of memories there. Dang, like a lot of us the TV was a cheap baby sitter for me.

Funny, I happen to be reading this thread and wearing my Slag Brothers/Bouldermobile T-shirt.

As for the Hong Kong Phooey-mobile...

Does anybody remember the Hot Wheels cartoon? It was great, but only lasted a season or two.
