Replacing wood kit in my 31 model A Sedan, and just so all that read this knows, fordwood.com sells an unbelievable kit. It's pretty remarkable how nicely everything fits.

Have a question about removing the nails.
Around the back window and quarter windows wasnt too bad... but the door posts have nails running all the way down the body sheet metal of the doors..
F^#@ bending the sheet metal out to loosen them up.... There has to be an easier way.

    Here's a quote from a previous post:

Seems like a nice way to keep it clean, is this the best way to do this?
    Thanks!

I used a small chisel and hammer to carefully knock the head of the nail up and to the side. I then took a mini craftsman side cutters to grip and then rock (a rocking motion)the nail up and out. I did no damage to any of the surrounding sheet metal with this method.

I took the nails out in mine similar to 31aBoy, just used a screwdriver to pry the head up a bit and then pulled them out with a pair of sidecutters.
