Replace a speedometer needle

Where can I get a replacement needle for my speedometer and how would I put it in the speedometer? The one in my 56 is not there at all. Just the orange powder it left behind.

 

I bought a junk speedo just to get the needle for mine. I pried it off VERY VERY VERY gently and then just as gently pressed it in the shaft on my speedo.

 

I'm sure glad you know correct English and didn't word it like,

I gently pressed it ON the shaft IN my speedo
