damn what fun it was. mr. hotwheel know's how to show people a good time. me and mrs. flat-top along with krupanut had a blast going around to the area shops and snoopping around all the treasures! i can't wait for the 2nd. half of the tour! sorry for the big pic's but it's the best i can do. we started off at hotwheels vast collection
second stop was at jeff's restoration shop in taylor tx. where we were joined by randy( sorry i forgot his last name) in his cream puff 32 5 window!
next it was on to gary howard's shop and he gave us the full tour. here is gary telling us how it is!
last but not least was a stop at randy's shop. boy is it full of fords. here is the newest member of the family. what a puff!
Very cool - so while you guys were doing this cool crawl, I was sitting at my bro's place in Austin waiting for happy hour at the CC. I want an invite to the next one!
jealous. started to wait for krupa thurs at close at the CC to invite myself, then decide to just go to bed and help on the evilfordcoupe on fri. sometimes, wish there were two of me. then, i could get twice as much NOT done..
62Bufford and Voneyeball, we would have been more than welcome to "crawl along" with us. I understand working on Jason's coupe...I was there the previous 2 nights....but sitting on the sofa (like I'm doing now) is NOT ALLOWED when there are rods to build or see. PM me the next time you are in the area and we'll hit the road!
i'll take you up on it for sure reggie... and, lookit this.. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2443143383&category=6057

He just purchased a very, very nice '34 3-window coupe (it's pictured above) and he's selling this so that he can turn the '34 into a hot rod. It's a great car! Reggie
[ QUOTE ] damn! randy's gona be sorry in a few years and wish he had that 5 window back. [/ QUOTE ] Hid dad and I tell him the same thing. I also hate that he let his rust free '32 2-door sedan, his '34 Cabriolet, and his '34 5-w coupe go. Somehow, he always manages to dig out another one....he knows where they are.
Cool Reg, at least his 5 window stays in the Family. Reggies shop crawl was the most amazing day I've ever spent in the north Austin area. I had no idea all that stuff was out there.
