Looking at buying a TKX and everything needed to put it behind a mild 355 SBC, all from the one vendor. Current setup is M21 Muncie.

Anyone suggest a reputable vendor? Somewhere in Cali preferably but not ctitical.

This seems like great value, just not heard of them before. That price incudes a new clutch but is without bellhousing, hydraulic throw out bearing etc.

  2. I bought my TKO from Hanlon and he did some upgrades also. I haven't checked in awhile but if you need the forward shifter it's really pricey........I just checked, they have it for $450 or sell the trans with it.

I received great service from AMP Performance in Pheonix. Found them on ebay but continued over email. Hugely helpful and worked with me including supplying a bare, new, TKO case for setup and buying it back at full price! I can't recall why that odd route was necessary! I got everything flywheel, clutch, hydraulic tob, trans, midshifter fitted, mount, and yoke, all worked perfectly. Pricing was good too.

I purchased my TKO from Silver Sports Transmission in Tennessee. I got everything but the bellhousing from them.

With you being in Japan, maybe you should check out sources where the new tariffs won't impact such a purchase.

  6. I bought mine direct from Holley. Free shipping was part of it. Same can be done with Summit and probably Jegs. When I purchased mine, they had just been released and not many were out there. All of a sudden, Holley had 29 of each style in stock. They had my money the next day. :) UPS tried to destroy the box but the trans was fine. :) I have no idea about over seas shipping??????
