    Why, pray tell, should the listing have been limited to only to the V-8s produced by 'big three'?

    Like SW Dobs - I have a 262 V8 from a 75 monza (via my 61 truck) on the stand now waiting to get the camaro 305 dual plane intake. It had a single plane mid rise that ran like a gazelle once you got the rpms over 2500 but was a pig in the hole. Great mileage of 18 out of a 1/2 ton truck.

    2 289's, one stock bore, one .040 over. Under the bench, just waiting
    also a stock '61 3hp briggs...just for grins :D
