I have three 283's sitting around. Two 57 blocks and one 64.

 

Why, pray tell, should the listing have been limited to only to the V-8s produced by 'big three'?

 

how about a 292 y-block w/ 3speed
& a tired but repairable 283...

It's not...I had a hard enough time figuring out the poll process to begin with......

 

Like SW Dobs - I have a 262 V8 from a 75 monza (via my 61 truck) on the stand now waiting to get the camaro 305 dual plane intake. It had a single plane mid rise that ran like a gazelle once you got the rpms over 2500 but was a pig in the hole. Great mileage of 18 out of a 1/2 ton truck.
