That one is just swell. If you have Windows XP use Paint to downsize the pictures to 70k or less.

What the hell is that supposed to mean? Since he's new, he shouldn't look for an answer to a very common question in the "Questions" section? (a question that has been answered hundreds of times in said section!)

Hell, he didn't even have to look, I found it for him and posted a link! How is that not helping!?!?!?

Man... all these newbies have easily bunched *******....

    Hey Greasemonkey,
Thank you for your help and advice, I misunderstood the post, I did not realize that the slit my throat and bathe in my blood was not directed to me, it was just his signature that is after anything he posts, I took it the wrong way and removed the reply that I put afterwards, I apologize for the confusion. I believe that the post was actually another thread that was supposed to answer my question, again I am sorry, I don't want to cause any problems on here especially being brand new, I am not easily scared away and I am not going anywhere.

    Hot Rod to Hell,
I apologize, I now realize that all you tried to do was help me out and I appreciate it, I saw your signature after the post, and being new I did not realize that it was not directed at me at all. Sorry, again, I removed my reply right after I realized what you actually ment.

  12. -Go to the start bar in the lower left hand corner of your screen
-Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Photo Editor or Photo Manager
    -File/Open
-You'll now have to locate where on your computer your picture is. Find it and double click on it.
-Now that the picture is open, go to image on the toolbar, then choose resize
-Resize the picture to the size you'd like
    -Save
