   You are not allowed / can not post on a cl***ified ad that is not your own.
   
   You send the Cl***ified owner a Private Message.
   
   In Each cl***ified section there are 3 STOP signs at the Top of each Cl***ified Section
   
   The 2nd STOP Sign is this......
