Restoring SW gauges – recommendations?

    Got an old SW gauge panel full of 2 5/8" curved gl*** gauges from Tuck. And I think nearly all of them are savable. Similar to the one below - but not quite as nice. (I'll get real pics later)

    Mine has: gas • amperes • tach (shelled... I'll have to find another) • oil pressure • dual temp (this is the one I want to save the most)

    I have found a few places that offer the service, but I'd like to hear your personal recommendations and experiences.

    Kevin , we use Speedo Check just around the corner from our shop , they are great, they do Mike Spacek's too , very cool guys too.

    I used Williamson's for my tach. Good service, reasonable price and quick turnaround.
     
  4. There is a place here in town that does good work on the mechanicals you can save the Tach but it'll have new inerds without a sender. Get yourself a sender gut it and use it for a junction box for your wireing.

    I'll get ahold of Joe or Sonny and get you the information.

    For the faces if you don't want to do your own painting get the Raven's wife to do it. She'll make them just like the originals, exactly.
