After 40 years of working for the Department of Defense, today was the last and final day of my career. Time to have some fun!

I've got 27 yrs with the company, 15 yrs left on my mortage, so......I guess I'll shoot for 42 years... a damm long time.

Make sure you take it slooooow. When I retired people warned me it would take at least a year to acclimate myself to retirement. In reality, it took 3.......no, maybe 4 SECONDS !! I was acclimated before I left the parking lot. 38 years and now it's all my time!!

I will be retired 10 years on 01 apr 2007..Many hamb members are also retired.. I do not know how I got anything done while I was employed...Let the fun begin... Bobby..
