After a long absence (medical) I returned to the HAMB and registered under a new ID. My original had been AV8, and I re-registered as mikebishop37. I was back for a brief time and left again for reasons different from the first. Those reasons no longer exist and I'm back to doing one of my favorite pastimes -- porting flathead Ford blocks! Add another favorite pastime -- motor journalism -- and I'd like to get back to sharing experiences with folks who understand what I'm talking about. If possible, and reasonable, I'd like to revive my original thread rather than re-explain many things that are entirely new to many who have joined since I was last here and might find some of that info beneficial. Mike, Your "AV8" tag is still active. Looks like all you need is to remember your password for that profile: av8 | The H.A.M.B. (jalopyjournal.com) I'm sure @Ryan can reset your password for you or show you how to do it yourself. It would be nice if you got "AV8" back. There is a lot of good information that the rest of us can use. Of course we always can access this but it would be nice if you were back on it permanently. Us old folks can remember AV8 easier.
