rims and tires to run on my Model A

I am tired of seeing everyone run the 35 wire wheels, i was thinking of running original 19inch in the rear and some 35's in the front, blackwalls likely as i am painting my car a older green color.

thoughts? suggestions?

 

Be different and run some 17's

 

Don't forget the 16" 1935 is an inch wider wheel than the 19"

 

Id like to see AA 20's on a highboy. Maybe all gloss blacked out.

Yep unless you send them to the wheel kid and get them widened.

I personally sick of wires all together, '40 ford steelies, the rears reversed and 7.50s and 5.00 black walls.

 

If you can find 'em, I can't think of any better wheel than 16" Kelsey-Hayes Artilleries. Its what I originally wanted for my phaeton, but they seem to be very few and far-between for a decent set...

'35 wires are pretty traditional. If you're sick of seeing them, you might be on the wrong forum.

 

Nope just bored with them. Its just like fellas that are sick of this engine or that or this paint job or that.

Now if you want something different wide 5s are the deal. Its a little more work because you have to deal with the old brakes but that too can be overcome.
