Folks Of Interest RIP ... Red Greth

Red designed the best air scoop ever, IMO. First designed in 1957, Red still had the original mold he made for the scoop. I feel very fortunate to be running one of Red's scoops on my RPU. He knew I wanted one, so he made this one for me. It will be on my car until they put me in a jar. Thanks Red.

 

Always a treat at the CHRR. The Steve Gibb's push car and that wonderful noise! R.I.P. sir.

This video by Hot Rods of Dearborn has alot of the Speed Sport in it.
Also the 27 pickup in it has been owned by my brother since 1974.
