My wife passed yesterday. Diagnosed with cancer 3 weeks ago. Was alert to the end. No pain. Peaceful to the end. 3 days before our 34th anniv. Via con dios Marcy! jerry
Wow, so sorry to hear that Jerry. Glad she didn't have to deal with the misery that many have to go through with that disease.
Sorry for your loss man. My mom is battling it right now, she was diagnosed in December with 2 weeks to live, now they think they may have it in remission. Life is a fragile thing I've learned.
Condolences to you & your family. It's never easy to lose a loved one, but better for her that it happened quickly and without the long term suffering associated with that disease.
No-one likes to see a loved one go, but no pain and alert to the end would be the way to go. Sorry for your loss, it is never easy. Pat.
quick and painless is the hope for us all. I'm pleased to hear she did not suffer and is in a place where she never will. Congratulations on 34 years as well. That's five times the American average apparently. You must be a pretty good guy for someone to put up with you for that long! I will say a prayer for you and Marcy tonight. Best wishes to you as you continue along this journey.
Sorry to hear that. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Your friends at the HAMB are here for you. Stay strong and keep faith.
Never met you or your family, but from one husband to another I am sorry for your loss. Our prayers will be for you and your wife.
