Got quite a bit done the last few days; I got some primer on the bed and doors, mounted the doors and got the handles working. Also wired up the tail lights and fuel gauge sending unit. I'm going to try and get the door gl*** in this week. I have to convert the drivers door over to a vent from a full window because thats what I have parts for. Still need to go back through the front brakes and master cylinder, too. Moving right along, though. It's great to see some doors on it.
65 degrees and sunny yesterday; no way I could go to work so I called in and spent the day on the rat. I'm having to use a 50 door on the drivers side but had to put the 54 guts in it. The door itself is the same but nothing matched up as far as window regulater and latch/handle mounting so a good part of the day spent making it work. Also finished wiring up the fuel pump, cooling fan, got the exhaust put on and some other minor thing done including burning a hole in the seat with the plasma cutter.
