Road Trippin to Austin - CA to TX

Just wondering if any of you CA HAMB'ers are making the road trip to Austin for the Round-Up? I am going, leaving from the SF Bay Area.

My plan is to leave Wed after work and stay somewhere around LA area that night. Maybe meet up with some folks there to continue the drive? Anyone in LA area have a place I might be able to crash for the night? Continue Thurs driving to El Paso or a little further. Arrive in Austin sometime Fri afternoon.

you are more than welcome to stay at my pad in marina del rey, next to venice. ive got an enclosed garage, or you can park at work 8 min away... gated, with security/cameras.

either way, it would be a good opportunity to give the cash i owe.

 

plan 9, thanks for the invite, I will probably take you up on that. I have the dash out of the car and can even deliver it when I come down that way. I will e-mail you and we can work out details.
