Spent a while looking your car over, trying to figure out WTF it was! Then overheard somebody say it was a '55 Dodge...looks great.
HUGE props to the Road Zombies for another killer event. This one is permanently on my list of shows to attend. This was my 3rd year and my only complaint is that I missed the other 13. I made out like a bandit at the raffle. I added a new teeshirt to my collection (thanks KCK), scored a new stand up shop light, and a badass diamond tuck throw pillow and issue of Rolls and Pleats from Charlottes Web. One of our guys won the mini-bike, too. The after party at Notchs was a very cool gathering, too. Thank you for your hospitality and if you change your mind and decide you do want to adopt keep me in mind ha ha. We brought a youngster with us that is into fabrication and hot rods and he didnt want to leave the shop. He tried everything he could to get us to stay as long as possible so he could just soak in the whole scene. Thanks also to InvisibleKid Mike for helping out. He saw that we were down with a bad wheel bearing and took time to cruise out 152 to find us and make sure we had everything we needed. True class act and one of the guys that makes the HAMB a great place to be. Thank you again and hope to see you at some of the shows coming up. I cant say enough but I think I have. Thanks again and I will see everyone at the next one.
That's funny because that's what everybody's question is. During the cruise in Santa Maria people kept yelling from the sidewalk " cool car. What is it?"
Thanks to all the clubs and people who showed up to our show yesterday! We had a blast with you guys and can't wait to do it again next year for number 17. We had 70+ cars in the show and another 15 or so outside and just over 300 people, probably close to 350 if we count all the kids that were there (we don't charge the kids so we have no numbers). It was a great event with a nice family feel to it as always. Ages ranged from three months old to over 70. Thanks also to everybody who brought a side dish to complement the food we supplied, we couldn't feed all the people with out your help nearly as good as we do with your help!!
