Roadburners Rockin Roadtrip Rumble/Sat Sept 8

Tour #1 leaves Texas Roadhouse lot at 11:00a.m. Cruise to Shop #10 in Fremont located on Hi-Way 77 turn at Casey's Store heading West,easy to find address is 324 Shuster Rd. Davey and crew, Rod & Dave Sr. will host a lil shop tour---Tour #2 will leave Shop 10 at 12:30 and head down Hi-Way 77 South to Culver's Restuarant on N. 27th St.,---Lunch Break at Culvers---Tour #3 leaves Culver's at 2:00p.m. Jump on I-80 to the Hi-Way 77 exit South and head to city park next to Gibbs Place in Beatrice for a little hang-out, photo sessions.etc. Our gracious hostess Pam will serve chow about 7:00 at Gibbs Place, she has cooked up some good stuff at a very nominal fee. Two smokin bands will bust out at 8:00p.m. Tony and the "Nedwreks" and the "Official Roadburners Club Band - The Mezcal Brothers, fresh off tour with Los Straight Jackets/Big Sandy on vocals! These cats put on a rip-snortin show!! Gibs Place is a way cool club with a hot-rod theme-lottsa stuff on the walls, ceilings, floors, etc. The model-A sedan bar in the "air-conditioned" beer garden is ultra cool!! Plenty of cold Budwieser products and other refreshments to go around , throw the p-nut shells on the floor and have a great time,free popcorn as well. Lots of free parking, this is a great time! Hotels/Motels are sooo reasonable, most around $40.00 to $60.00 range. The Roadburners are hoping to see ya there. A special invite goes out to our hotrod pals from Midwest Street Rodders, The Rebels, The Speed Kings, South Omaha Turds, The Platters, The Suedes, Lincoln Rebels,
and any other groups, of course all H.A.M.B'ers are very welcome!!--Sololobo/Roadburners of Omaha
Gibs Place is located right on Hi-Way 77 south thru downtown and just over the river bridge, the park and Gibs are on the right!! C'mon and party!!

Just a little blip for all the surrounding H.A.M.B'ers. The Roadburners are now becoming well known for their hospitality, and Gibb's bar in Beatrice, Nebr only adds to the welcome wagon. And the temps will be down by that time. Even the gals will like this one.

There are several good motels, some with pools, there in Beatrice to lay over in, and resturants for breakfast, the day after the night before!!!!!

Just a heads up on the hotel rooms---just got a room for the cruise at the Holiday Inn Express and was told that the hotel is half sold out- don't know about the other hotels----If you are thinking about going you might want to get a room asap.

hey man! 2nd cousins arent relatives dammit!
id love to come up , i really would! but thats when farm season starts and im buildin a coupe, savin coin for the drags, then the pileup...both of which are 3 hotel nights per event! i just dont think i can swing it!
but hell, youll have more events right??? do one in the winter! i dont have much goin on then! and the fire that will take place drivin my 53 that far, will for sure keep my toes and cousin warm!

Oh man, glad to see this is an old post. Cause..... I am thinking about selling a car I have had for 21 years to help open a space for some blue 60 chev. The guy who is interested went to the wrong town looking for me (both towns begin with a W). When he finally showed up after dark he could not see the car very well.

Well anyway this weekend there is a party over in Omaha? Tempting!
