The roof on the roadster is done and we head off to Valla park Hot Rod Run on Friday.This event has been going 36 years and we have missed only 1 year.However it has been a long time since I have had a hot rod there. I got a Bop Top from Sid Chavers and we had to do a little modification to get it fitting right but that was because we fitted the frame tabs too far forward when the car was built.Just made up a small bracket from the roof frame to the tab and it fits fine.did the final finish on the front yesterday and good to go. Also went overboard on the trailer but we take so much stuff with us the house looks like it has been ransacked when we leave.Not much room in the trunk of a channelled roadster!!
