Just finished making the windshield for my roadster, can't take credit for the idea as I used youtube example to do it. Pretty happy with the results and have just got the glass in and mounted on the car. Used 1/2" water pipe and machined the slots for the glass on the milling machine. On the bottom of windshield left 4 small ares unmachined so it wouldn't open up when bending it, then used cutoff wheel to remove these after bending.
