Nothing like a good ole " Squirrel Pot Pie " ! Live traps work for squirrels but if you are having rodent problems they will eat ALL the wiring in the car . they like the plastic on the wiring , it has a sweet taste to them . I was an exterminator for about 4 years and saw that many times ! RetroJim
There are several kinds of electric fence chargers 110 solar ect. they all put out high voltage. i have a IH solid state one called a Bush Wacker. The wire came off the gl*** insulator and it burned completly thru a 10 inch diameter cedar tree. Electric fences sometimes start fires during the dry season. Just Kill and eat the squirrls. I like to eat mine fried .I dip them in flour and just brown them in veggie oil, then add a cup or two of water and simmer in a covered pan until tender. I cook rabbit the same way. Never tried to cook a house cat
