i forgot the price $2.27 for 91 octane super [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] but i'm sure the price will go down around the end of october in time for the election...

  7. $2.09

Has anyone done a comparison between gas prices and minimum wage/price of housing/loaf of bread etc???

I'm thinking $2 is cheap... while the price of housing in my area has moer than DOUBLED in the last 7 years...as well as my wage... gas seems to not have gone up as much.

I'm happy for you making 30 bucks an hour Oldbeet. But at 1/2 that it's starting to squeeze my parts and traveling budget. I'd much rather Buy some new spring perches and a new front spring for the A than give it to some rich oil company ******* so he can get his little girl a new Lexus for her birthday. They can't really blame OPEC for this one. They've jacked the prices up for months and OPEC still hasn't cut production, altho they probably finally will at the next meeting. There has been no shortage of gas from OPEC. Just speculation on the oil markets and oil companies that create a bottleneck by not having enough refineries.

Now, Now, you can't blame the politicians. They de-regulated gas in 73 remember. That's when it jumped over a buck a gallon and it's been up there ever since.

$1.89 for the cheap goat piss here....$1.96 for the high test...you know, the entertainment industry (at least in my neck of the woods) has been ****ing lately....nobody goin out to see bands anymore around here....clubs keep *****in' about us raising our prices to compensate for gas....there's no reason why anybody should have to lose their *** now just because the price of petrol is climbing....it used to be decent for each guy in my band to make at least $100 on each gig....but not if it costs $40 in gas to get there....it's nice to finally realize that the inflation rate will be set forth from now on by Big Oil...it's the hard truth....buy some stock in Shell or BP or something, that's how you make the big bucks....

Another thing that is expensive is Heinz ketchup - this is were John Kerry gets his money and no one complains about the cost of a bottle of ketchup (less than a gallon) at $3. By the way most of this production is done overseas with cheap labor. Mr Kerry friend of the American worker - I think not!

I bought a damn motorcycle to commute on, my ricer gets sweet mileage, my truck is so *******ed fun to drive its worth it at almost any price... I consider myself partially immune.

... now if someone would just buy my 5 mpg 429" cadillac...

We OWN Iraq, ****, we should tell opec to **** themselves and tanker that **** over here... and pop a cap in those ungrateful sons of *****es if they complain. If they blow something up in protest, we should blow something BIGGER up...

Its not necessarily the price (demand)that concerns me, its the supply...

  24. $1.69 for reg here,

Beware VLVers, last week in Vegas it was $2.09 - $2.15 for regular and they expect it to go higher, Budget rental charged only $1.85, I let them fill the car up.

I know politics are not supposed to be spoke of here, and I have to say it is for good reason. Stick with car stuff guys, you know not of what you speak on this subject.
