Rockabilly Rod Reunion 2006 Las Vegas

Who's goin'?? Who's comin' into town?? Need to meet more of you this year! Maybe if we all chipped in ahead of time to fill a cooler of beer, we'd all meet in the same place this time!

 

I am somewhat new to vegas. When is it? My car is not down here but the beer idea sounds like a good one.

 

Next Saturday (the 14th). Was pretty fun last year...

I might be able to make it, I just have to get rings for the 383 sbc, fab a tranny mount, and hope everthing works......sounds like fun.

 

I just read the web site about the wheels..........I want to enter the show but the car has painted alunim wheels......they were free I wasn't going to say no........I'm thinking about covers I wonder if they will let me in?

 

If I recall, Roaddevil13 is your man for that question. He will probably ring in here in a bit I suspect...

 

Road Devil13 (Nick) wont ring in here for this. Last year was a blast and we are glad everyone came out to support the show. But this year the Road Devils are not taking part in this event. Dont ask the specifics but the gist is that the show is taking a route that Nick and the Road Devils worldwide are not interested in participating in.
Nick is a 100% hot rodder and a good friend, I trust his judgment as does the rest of the Devils so if I make the trip in my roadster it will be straight thru Vegas and on to CA.

I'm headed down south for this show. Only cause its just 5 hours away and I was going to try and sell the Saratoga down there. But now Scooter and I are gonna meet up for a while so thats a plus.

Who all is going even if the Road Devils arent putting it on?

i hate to say it but when you live here and you only get 2 shows a year you have to go to em. no disrespect to the road devils but we seriously only get 2 shows a year so im in..

Don't want to sound like a dick, but this is not roll call for a show on the other side of the country. It's Wednesday and RRR is on Saturday. I don't think anyone is going to drop everything and just go to the Pileup at this stage in the game. Start a new thread instead of hijacking this one...

Wow! I just read my post... didn't mean to be so shitty! I guess like dirthawker, I'm a little frustrated that we only have two shows a year and so far it doesn't look like the turnout is going to be so hot for HAMBers at this one...
