Well it’s been awhile since I updated my build. I have not had much time to work on the 32. We just had a little girl ( our first ) 6 weeks ago so I have been busy with the house/ nursery. I had to modify my build due to $$$$$$ I just could not see $10K in a motor for 300hp so I sold most of my olds motor parts and came across a 1965 365hp 327 with only 10000 original miles that came out of a wrecked 65 vett in 67, so this will be my power plant for now. With plans to go with the olds in the future. It looks like I will have a few weekends to work on it so I will keep the updates coming sorry for the***** pictures I will update with some good pics soon [IMG]<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

Glad to see the update. I was afraid some of us ran you off.
Very nice work and congrats of the new Pup! They're all works in progress so you can change it up anytime it's right (the car I mean - or the kid too, I guess?) Ha.

Already looks good. Good engine/drivetrain choice, nice colors.

Glad to see you are making progress and still posting pics. Congrats on the little one, too! Nothing wrong with using a 327 either. I'm getting ready to start on my Brookville roadster project and I have a Dodge 325 hemi and a SBC 327 to choose from but the build cost of the hemi is pretty steep like your Olds. $$$ is always an issue in any project and I'd rather be driving sooner than later. Whose windshield stanchions are you using? I like the way you have them laid back, did you have to modify them?

Ok guys I was going to run the 303 and sold it because how much it was going to cost me. So I went with the 327 because it is a true 365hp with 10,000 original miles. it came out of a wrecked 65 vet in 67. So now I just just picked up a complete 1956 324 j2 motor with a set of #8 and a set of #10 heads adjustable rockers and the dimple valve covers. So now what do? I do keep the olds them and take a little more time to finish the build because of $$$$$ or run the 327 and have it on the road sooner? I’m sure a corvette guy would love to have the 327
